Choose From 2 Stunning Indoor Ceremony Options

The first ceremony option is upstairs on our mezzainnine and can seat approximately 100 guests. After the ceremony we tranform the space into a seating area for guests.

The second ceremony option is on our main floor and seats up to 200 guests or more. After the ceremony our team transforms the space into your luncheon, dinner and/or reception.

Additional Hours

We charge $300 per hour for additional hours mONDAY - Thursday, and $350 per hour on Friday - sUNDAY added on to your rental time before 11pm. We do not extend rental hours past 11:00pm.

We require a $500 refundable retainer & credit card ON FILE 30 days prior to your event in the event of damages. Your refundable retainer will be refunded within 2 weeks of event as long as contract obligations are met.

• Choice between 4 ceremony arches - Rectangle, Triangle, Circle, or Hexagon, and other backdrops to choose from

• Large selection of décor pieces, free for you to use during your event (see our included decor options here)

• A large bar that easily moves around the lower half of the venue

• Up to 20 fruitwood tables that can seat Up to 10 per table (for a flowing reception we recommend 8-10 tables in our main space and 4-6 highboy cocktail tables in our mezzanine)

• 5 - 60” Round tables that can seat up to 9 (additional rounds can be rented for $10 ea.)

• 15 cocktail tables - seating for 45 at barstool height or 60 at table height chairs

• 2 children’s fruitwood tables with seating for up to 16

• 5 rectangle folding tables, perfect for your buffet, presents or pictures

• Luxurious Bride’s suite — includes a private bathroom, full length mirror, plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, Alexa, and 3 gorgeous LED makeup mirrors with plenty of counter space perfect for you and your bridal party to get picture perfect ready

• Groom’s Suite — Our man cave includes plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, games, full length mirror, iPod/iPhone music docking

• Caterer’s prep Kitchen with fridge, ice making, warming oven, microwave prep tables and sink 

• Sound system with wireless microphone & Headset - Easily play your own playlist and video

• Multiple spots for unique and beautiful pictures 

• On-site, easy access parking

Additional Fees:

• The Foundry offers linens for $14 each and Table Runners for $12 each +tax. Our fruitwood tables are pretty as is, and do not require linens. Additional linens depend on quantity, fabric and color.  

• Cleaning fee - $300

• Bar Service Fee - $300

• We require event insurance with The Foundry listed as the additional insured. The cost for this is usually around $100.

• Please add $1000 to rentals on the following special holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Mezzanine Only Rental

The Mezzanine can seat up to 60 and is perfect for meetings, birthdays, Bridal and Baby Showers, celebrations, and more! The mezzanine can only accommodate small weddings of 25 or fewer guests.

Rental of the entire Venue does include the mezzanine space and is not an Additional Fee.

* Please note - The Foundry does not have an elevator to the mezzanine)

Reservations of Mezzanine are taken no more than 2 months in advance and require a 50% deposit, and payment in full 3 weeks before event.

Mezzanine Rental includes:

• 5 hours (including set-up)

• 5 - 60” round tables with chairs for 60

• 5 - 36” round cocktail tables

• 4 - 8ft x 30” folding tables perfect for displays or food

• 2 - kids tables with 16 chairs

• Use of Foundry’s in-house decor options including backdrops and arches

Mezzanine Rental Pricing:

• Monday - Thursday Half Day Morning 9:00am - 2:00pm $750

• Friday - Sunday Half Day Morning 9:00am - 2:00pm $950

• Monday - Thursday Half Day Evening 4:00 - 9:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm $1000

• Friday - Sunday Half Day Evening 4:00 - 9:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm $1250

• Cleaning Fee $150

• Linen Rental $14 each+ tax

Catering Options

The Foundry has as an open catering policy. You are free to use any caterer of your choice. We do require all caterers to be licensed and insured.
