Addi + Kohl

Kohl and Addi met right before his last semester of college. Kohl is originally from Star Valley, Wyoming and Addi from Syracuse, Utah - so they both had to commute an hour and a half - two hours to Evanston for their first date! After that they dated casually while he went to school and only made it official a week before graduation - and a week before he moved back home to Star Valley! Long-distance DOES work out if it's right :)

For their sweet proposal Kohl made it a whole day event - taking Addi to all of our special spots around Utah. From his college dorms, to the place we took family pictures, to date locations in Ogden, and finishing at the spot they had their "one year" photoshoot. He had a cute little set-up with flowers, Addi’s favorite song playing, a picture of them, and a sign that read, "Will You Marry Me?" - which was a very easy, YES!!

Addi and Kohl chose The Foundry because It was a location that would allow all of their family to join them for their special day - a good middle ground between southern Utah, and Idaho/Wyoming. The space was perfect and the style was exactly what Addi wanted - right down to the edison bulb chandeliers!
